Products

  • Our products are food items made in small batches. Colour, texture, aroma and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on our website.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging may differ.
  • Please read the ingredient list and allergen information on each product page and on the pack before you eat the product. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, gluten and other allergens.
  • Information on our website is not medical advice. If you have a health condition or a dietary restriction, please consult your doctor before use.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.
  • You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to info.hwealth@gmail.com. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Offers and Coupon Codes

Offers and coupon codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Use of the Website
